10 December: March for Human Rights

On Sunday 10 December, Chinese, Hong Kong, Tibetan and Uyghur communities and human rights supporters will fill central London to mark Human Rights Day. We will mark the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and demand that China and international governments put an end to the repression of all of those living under Chinese Communist Party rule.

Plan for the day

  • 1pm – 1:30pm: rally outside the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office with speeches from community members.
  • 1:30pm – 2:30pm: march from the Foreign Office to the Chinese embassy at Portland Place [via Trafalgar Square, Regent Street and Oxford Circus].
  • 2pm – 4pm: protest at the Chinese embassy.
  • 4pm: disperse.
We are Free Tibet, and we stand with Tibetans around the world. For their homeland, for their future and against China’s brutal occupation.
