Global Day of Action - Protest Guidelines

The following guidelines provide information and recommendations on how attendees can safely and effectively participate on our Global Day of Action protest on 1 Oct. We strongly recommend that all the guidelines are followed for your own safety as well as for the protection for those around you.

Due to the recent national COVID-19 guidelines, the nature of the protest has been changed. Only six people will be protesting outside the Chinese Embassy at one given time, with regular changes as protestors take shifts.

A coordinator will be nearby to ensure the protest runs smoothly. They will be the first point of contact for those attending the protest.

We recognise that most of our supporters are not based in London, or may feel unsure about travelling to attend a gathering. For this reason, we are also arranging a virtual protest.

If you have any questions, please contact john@fretetibet.org or akanshya@freetibet.org
