Campaigns Officer

Job title: Campaigns Officer
Reports to: Campaigns & Media Manager
Working hours: 35 hours per week
Starting salary: up to £23,000 depending upon experience

The campaigns officer will play a lead role in:

  • developing and implementing innovative and engaging online and offline campaigns meeting Free Tibet’s organisational objectives; and
  • raising the public profile of Tibet and Free Tibet

We are looking for a passionate, clear-headed individual with a professional approach, who can make a significant contribution to the work of our small campaigns team.

The successful candidate will be a confident and persuasive communicator with very strong writing skills. S/he will have voluntary or paid experience of campaigning in a professional campaigning organisation.

The successful candidate will be able to effectively manage projects of all kinds and work in an organised way with strong attention to detail. They will be flexible, diligent and able to work under pressure. S/he will be comfortable taking on basic administrative tasks but also be able to use their initiative and play a central role in all aspects of our campaigning work.
